As an established and busy restaurant on the UWS, we are looking for a full time Back of the manager. while working in the belly of the beast, you should have a love for food, beverage and hospitality. The positions is diverse and encompasses bookkeeping, payroll, but also restaurant technicalities and liaison between the front and back. the schedule is monday-friday 9am-5pm.
responsibilities:
-filing and inputting of invoices to quick books
-accounts payable
-reconciling bank accounts
-provide financial reports
-weekly payroll
-staying on top of licenses and permits
-scheduling regular cleaning and communicating with our back of the house service providers
-liaison with GM for any repairs and maintenance
-checking attendance of morning staff
-new hire onboarding

qualifications
- experience inputting invoices to quick books
- experience compiling financial reports
- experience pulling timesheets out of pos system and conversing into payroll sheets to be send to payroll provider
- timely payment of dues
- excellent email communication with management
-experience and ability to apply changing laws and requirement concerning personnel
-even keeled temperament
-punctual and reliable
