A construction company is looking for a full time Bookkeeper/Assistant accountant with knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited:
Processing company's payroll, paying taxes, union benefits & preparing certified payrolls.
Entering various transactions using QuickBooks
Bank, Vendor, Supplier reconciliations
Construction project administration support
Maintaining files or spreadsheets; Filing of various documents
Preferred qualifications:
Bookkeeping & payroll experience
Knowledge of QuickBooks software
Effective management of multiple workflows and prioritization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate computer skills Microsoft Office as well as email (Outlook)
Detail Oriented and operating with a sense of urgency
Prior experience in construction related field is preferred
Candidate must be fluent in English, knowing Russian is a plus.
Candidate MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES.
