We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant/ bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various accounting practices. This role requires proficiency in Quickbooks and Excel. Things like financial reporting and analysis are required. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial statements.
Requirements :
Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger accounting.
Perform journal entries and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning.
Conduct financial analysis and cash flow analysis to identify trends and variances.
