We are a small Real Estate brokerage and development company based in Harlem, NYC, dedicated to delivering quality content and services.
We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper to support our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide traking of client work through emails, and correspondence.
Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, collecting payments, and maintaining magazine subscriber records.
Manage tenants arrears balance, via management program to track caseworkers for programs and update daily.
Work with accountant to ensure Tax fillings are accurate
Provide office support,
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience with bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Mac based computers.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
