Construction office seeking a bookkeeper. Our office uses Sage 100 Contractor and Quickbooks for our accounting and project management needs. We are looking for someone that is experienced and comfortable using Sage 100 and Quickbooks.
Candidate will be responsible for the following:
Entering payroll and preparing paychecks.
Enter invoices and petty cash.
Process monthly overhead payments (A/P).
Generate, submit, and track applications for payment (AIA).
Produce and review reports; A/P, A/R and job costs.
Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
Filing.
Qualifications Include:
Sage 100 Contractor
Quickbooks Pro Plus 2016
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Required Experience:
Sage software, 3 years (flexible on the experience, as long as candidate really knows Sage).
Required Education:
Prefer Bachelor's degree, yet degree is not critical.
Salary starts at $68k and is determined by experience/expertise.
Candidate will work closely with business owners and project managers.
