Construction office seeking a bookkeeper for a part-time, in-house position. This is not a remote position. Candidate will be responsible for the following:
Entering payroll and preparing paychecks.
Enter invoices and petty cash.
Process monthly overhead payments (A/P).
Generate, submit, and track applications for payment (AIA).
Produce and review reports; A/P, A/R and job costs.
Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
Qualifications Include:
Quickbooks Pro Plus 2016
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Required Education:
Prefer Bachelor's degree, yet degree is not critical.
Hourly rate starts at $32 and is determined by experience/expertise.
Candidate will work closely with business owners and project managers.
