Our agency is seeking talented and motivated individuals to join us as Insurance Producers (Property and Casualty). As an Insurance Producer, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in the insurance industry.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred, but not required.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
Bilingual a plus, but not required.
