Busy tax company with office
in Queens is looking for few experienced front desk receptionists
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet and greet customers.
Retrieve and create, if necessary, the customer's file
Receive, record,scan and file tax documents.
Maintain and update the customers' log.
Answer telephone and schedule appointments.
Assemble and prepare copies of the clients' completed tax returns.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work under pressure.
Must be highly accurate and detailed oriented.
Should possess excellent communication skills.
Should have front desk experience.
Must be reliable and punctual
We will be conducting interviews at our 90-43 160 st, Jamaica NY location on Friday, December 27 from 3-4pm
