Small fast paced tax office is seeking a professional, detailed, and customer service oriented individual for tax office administrator/receptionist.
Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls, provides information, and accurately handles received information.
- Schedules appointments and handles the client contact.
- Handles incoming and outgoing mail, fax, and email.
- Assemble, scan, and track tax documents.
- Assists on tax return preparations.
Ideal candidate:
- Tagalog speaking is preferred.
- Tax, accountant, or bookkeeping experience.
- Basic computer skills.
This is a part-time seasonal position from January through mid-April.
