Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee diverse construction projects from inception to completion. Looking for at least 10 years of experience in this field. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Your expertise in construction management software, including but not limited too Word and Excel. Site coordination will help drive project success while maintaining high safety standards. Duties
Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop comprehensive project schedules using Builders Trend, coordinating all activities from design schematics to final inspections.
Oversee construction site operations, including managing subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure seamless workflow.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project specifications/compliance with design intent.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, safety compliance, and resolve any issues promptly.
Manage project budgets by performing accurate construction estimating and cost control measures throughout the projects lifecycle.
Facilitate effective communication among clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards; implement safety protocols on-site.
Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, changes in scope or schedule, and other key metrics for leadership review.
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction management with at least 10 years experience.
Proficiency with construction estimating software and construction management like Builders Trend.
Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, and construction site practices.
Familiarity with heavy bid processes for large-scale projects is a plus.
Strong understanding of project management principles including scope development, risk management, and resource allocation.
Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects at once.
Effective communication skills for clear collaboration across diverse teams.
Construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and problem-solving capabilities.
