Job Brief
Executive assistants perform more than administrative tasks; they are often the executive’s “right-hand person” who enables them to advance company initiatives and goals. They filter and attend to the day-to-day functions that are part of the executive’s role so that the executive can focus on the high-level leadership and strategy functions.
we are seeking a highly organized, proactive, intelligent, and detail-sensitive individual to support senior members of the business Corporate Development team as an Executive Personal Assistant.
The hospitality business functions seven days a week, schedule to be discussed
Responsibilities:
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Promptly responding to all incoming phone calls and emails
Proficient with office software
Directly participate in our events and be a direct point of contact for our client
throughout the life of the event.
Conduct follow up and customer satisfaction outreach which includes formal thank
you communication
Polished and professional presence, with again outstanding written communication skills.
Positive attitude, where no project is too big or too small and no problem is above or
beneath you.
Intellectually curious, combined with a healthy appetite for acquiring useful
knowledge.
Dedicated to planning ahead, yet nimble when faced with unexpected changes.
