Bilingual Customer Service & Community Outreach Specialist – Full Time – NYC Area

Are you passionate about helping customers and engaging with the Latino community? We are hiring a full-time Bilingual Customer Service & Community Outreach Specialist to join our team in the New York City area.

Position Summary:

You will serve as a friendly, professional and knowledgeable point of contact for our customers, while also spearheading community outreach efforts to build connections within the Latino community. This dual role combines high-level customer service / with empathy, cultural fluency and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service—replying to inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring satisfaction

Use your bilingual (English/Spanish) skills to communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking customers

Engage in community outreach: attend and support events, build partnerships, represent our brand in Latino communities

Identify opportunities for service growth and make customer / community suggestions

Collaborate with team members across departments to enhance the customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

Previous experience in customer service, or community outreach (A / A+ experience is a major plus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you connect easily with diverse audiences

Comfortable with community engagement and being a visible representative of the organization

Enthusiastic, self-motivated and professional; you take pride in delivering exceptional service

Ability to work full-time, as well as travel locally within the NYC area when needed
