Job Description Summary:
Our firm is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing workforce. In this role, you will field calls and emails requests from customers who have questions, comments, or complaints about the products and services. You will also assist customers in placing and tracking orders. All of our Customer Service Representatives undergo paid training to understand the full menu of our offerings so that they can provide our customers with excellent service.
Responsibilities:
Listen, document, and help resolve conflicts and complaints from customers
Provide information about products and services
Provide information to customers about order status or payments
Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
Review or make changes to customer accounts as requested
Take the extra mile to engage with customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualifications Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience 2+ years
Some knowledge in E-commerce, Inventory, Purchasing is a PLUS
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Comfortable working with computers
The ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
The ability to stay calm when customers are upset.
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm / Weekends OFF
Located in Queens Area - 20 mins from Manhattan, 20 mins from Brooklyn, 20 mins from The Bronx
Benefits: Base pay starting at $38,000 with Vacation, Sick, Holiday, Bonuses and Commission Pay
