Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to serve as a Customer Service Representative in the fast-paced cannabis industry. The ideal candidate will have a bubbly personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism. Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Engage with customers in a friendly and outgoing manner, demonstrating genuine interest and enthusiasm for the cannabis industry.

Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, effectively de-escalating tense situations and finding solutions to meet customer needs.

Utilize crisis management skills to navigate challenging interactions and maintain a positive customer experience.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, track orders, and provide timely updates to customers.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.

Assist with dispatch operations using fleet management software (e.g., Onfleet) to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products (experience preferred but not required).

Embrace a "jack of all trades" mentality, willing to assist with various tasks and projects as needed in a startup environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the cannabis industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.

Strong crisis management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment, where adaptability and flexibility are essential.

Lifelong learner with a passion for personal and professional growth.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with fleet management software (e.g., Onfleet) is a plus.
