DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide exceptional service to Parsley Health Members via email, SMS, and phone.
Handle member onboarding, cancellation requests, program inquiries, and complaints.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for swift resolution.
Assist with scheduling, portal navigation, and troubleshooting.
Collect feedback, de-escalate situations, and encourage membership renewals.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least one year in a client/patient-facing role; healthcare or startup experience preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Call management system experience (e.g., Regal.io) is a plus.
Detail-oriented, empathetic, and proactive mindset.
Ability to work remotely in a quiet space for conducting calls.
