We are currently seeking a detail oriented and motivated operations associate to join our team. If you are passionate about education, have strong organization skills, and are eager to contribute to a growing company, we would love to meet you.
You will be assisting with the date to day operations of the business:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing from receipt to shipment of orders while maintaining high level of quality control
- Coordinate with external vendors and logistics partners to optimize shipping and delivery processes
- Maintain accurate record and documentations
- Monitor inventory levels
Requirement:
0-2 year experience in the operations related field
strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize task effectively.
excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy
knowledge of shipping procedures is a plus
