Job Summary

We seek an experienced Telemarketer Trainer to deliver comprehensive remote training programs to our team of telemarketers in Jamaica. The successful candidate will train telemarketers on system usage,

data entry, tracking contact information, effective communication techniques, and

understanding our services. The trainer will ensure that telemarketers are well-prepared to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

⏹ Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create and implement training

modules for remote telemarketers, focusing on system usage, data entry,

contact information tracking, and service explanation.

⏹ System Training: Provide detailed instruction on how to use the

telemarketing systems, including entering and tracking contact information

accurately.

⏹ Call Preparation: Train telemarketers on identifying and targeting the

right individuals, understanding who they will be calling, and the objectives

of the calls.

⏹ Questioning Techniques: Teach effective questioning strategies to

gather the necessary information and guide potential customers through

the service offerings.

⏹ Role-Playing and Simulations: Conduct role-playing sessions and

simulations to give telemarketers practical experience and build their

confidence.

⏹ Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of

telemarketers during and after training to ensure they meet the required

standards.

⏹ Feedback and Improvement: Provide constructive feedback and ongoing

support to telemarketers, addressing any areas for improvement.

⏹ Documentation: Maintain comprehensive training materials and update

them as necessary to reflect changes in systems or processes.

Qualifications

⏹ Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar role, with a strong

understanding of telemarketing processes and techniques.

⏹ Previous experience in training or mentoring roles, preferably with remote

teams.

⏹ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage

and motivate trainees.

⏹ Proficient in using telemarketing systems and CRM software.

⏹ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

⏹ Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles.

⏹ Flexibility to work with Jamaican time zones and accommodate different

schedules.
