Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Education Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and the ability to manage and oversee students aged 5-11.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily educational activities and programs for students aged 5-11.
Ensure a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment.
Lead and supervise staff members to maintain high-quality educational standards.
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
At least 18 education credits were completed.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Passionate about working with children aged 5-11 and fostering their development.
Compensation:
Starting at $25 per hour (based on experience, degree, and credits).
