DalMaestro, a distinguished music school, is excited to announce the opening of our new studio in the vibrant neighborhood of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York, NY. We are on the lookout for talented piano and guitar instructors who are passionate about molding the musicians of tomorrow, from beginners to advanced students of all ages.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Piano or Guitar Performance, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of teaching experience.
- Knowledge of The Royal Conservatory of Music Program is a plus.
- Versatility in various music styles (classical, jazz, rock, blues, etc.) will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly or bi-weekly lessons, integrating music theory and ear trianing in their lessons, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that inspire creativity and a love for music.
- Build trusting and respectful relationships with both students, students' families, and colleagues.
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation starting at $40/hour, based on experience.
