Top Residential Design-Build Remodeling Firm with offices in Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT is seeking an Architectural Design Assistant with architectural and construction background. This position requires applicants to have a motor vehicle to drive to clients homes and to vendors.
Responsibilities:
Measure projects
Drafting of existing conditions, conceptual and architectural drawings
Estimating and preparation of construction documents (TRAINING PROVIDED)
Qualifications:
MUST be totally proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Must be detail oriented
Architectural/construction background preferred but not required
Must possess strong organizational skills
