NYC-based construction company is seeking an experienced Asphalt & Concrete Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position for someone with strong industry knowledge and the ability to manage projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Estimate asphalt & concrete projects
Review plans, specs, and bid documents
Perform takeoffs using PlanSwift (required)
Prepare competitive bids
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Manage projects: scheduling, budgeting, field coordination
Handle change orders, reports, and close-out documents
Requirements:
5+ years Estimating experience (asphalt & concrete required)
5+ years Project Management experience
PlanSwift required
AutoCAD experience a plus
Ability to read blueprints and site plans
Strong communication & organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license preferred
Salary:
