Position: Full-time Electrical Estimator
Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Starting Rate: 25.00 per hour (with potential increases based on projects and performance)
Responsibilities:
- Complete take-off of plans, send out material for pricing
- Go to all necessary bid-walk through's and meetings when needed.
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates
- Analyze project scope and requirements to determine labor, material, and equipment costs
- Review all bids with the Owners
- Prepare bid packages and submit proposals to clients
- Oversee all phases of ordering, deliveries, costs & P.O. for job materials
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process
- Provide guidance and support to the field team throughout the building process
Requirements:
Experience: Must have experience in Electrical Estimating
Location: Applicants should be within the same state (not from other states or countries).
