Established boutique Real Estate Development and Management Company with over 30 years in business is seeking an Experienced Engineer/Architect/Project Manager - NO LICENSE NEEDED.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7+ years, to work and coordinate with professionals and development/construction team at the job site.
Candidate will work closely with architect and engineer of record.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration: Work closely with designers/architects/engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate and overlook architectural/engineering elements into overall project plans.
Project Management: Oversee the architectural aspects of development project, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Problem Solving: Identify and address engineering challenges, providing effective and practical solutions.
Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and external stakeholders to convey design concepts, specifications, and project progress.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to guarantee the accuracy and precision of architectural deliverables.
CAD Proficiency: Utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
