Shop Drawings: Creating and interpreting accurate and detailed shop drawings for European window systems.
Take-Offs: Performing precise material take-offs from architectural plans and drawings.
Technical Specifications: Understanding and developing technical specifications to meet client and project requirements.
Estimating: Preparing accurate project cost estimates, including materials, labor, and other associated costs.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
Strong knowledge of European window systems, including standards and materials.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with construction or architectural projects.
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
