Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Principal and project managers on all phases of design and construction documents. You will participate in ideation, drafting, 3D modeling, and client presentations, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to different project types.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior architects on schematic design, and design development.
Prepare architectural drawings, sketches, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Contribute to the creation and review of construction documents and specifications.
Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, etc.) to integrate their work into architectural designs.
Conduct site visits for measurements, assessments, and inspections.
Assist in client presentations and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
Stay up to date with building codes, industry trends, and sustainable design practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent).
2–3 years of professional experience in an architectural office or internship
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a collaborative team.
Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Interest in sustainable design and innovative problem-solving.
