Our client is a New York City-based and award-winning manufacturer of contemporary commercial office furniture. The Marketing Coordinator assists marketing leadership in ideating, creating, and maintaining all branded assets & events, including:
Assist in the creation of all product/brand collateral
Partner with sales and marketing leadership on the strategy and execution of:
Mockup Deliverables – both printed and digital
RFP responses & Competitive Proposals
Templates in line with brand standards
Partner & End User-focused events
Project manage event preparations & call on needed parties when applicable
Tools/Kits for sales to utilize at in-person visits
Content for social media, blog, project highlights, and more
Maintain all social channels under the advisement of the marketing manager. Including but not limited to planning & executing posts, interacting with users/partners, and maintaining brand standards.
Support marketing leadership in the fulfillment of promotional Items & stock maintenance in the showroom(s)
Assist in maintaining tidiness and brand standards in the showroom.
Assist in developing and maintaining processes in alignment with the coordinator’s responsibilities
This position is suited for talented designers with 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role with an admirable portfolio of graphic design.
Candidate preferences:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing social media campaigns
Experience in Salesforce or HubSpot CRM a plus
2-5 years of experience in commercial graphic design/marketing
Degree or similar education in the field of graphic design/marketing
Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills
Proficiency in Windows and cloud-based storage
Knowledge of website CMS (WordPress)
Experience in interior design, furniture design, video editing, and photography will be considered a plus.
Hybrid role ; 3 days per week in NYC office.
Some event management involved so there could be occasional evening work required.
