Job Description
Responsible for accurately summarizing materials for customer projects/drawings, as well as calculating project planning and cost estimates
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Review incoming drawings to estimate accuracy, part numbers, quantity, and pricing.
· Create schedules/takeoffs.
· Contact architects when information is missing from drawings and obtain bid lists.
· Document all communications via Salesforce.
· Handle all incoming sales requests expeditiously.
· Contribute to team efforts to achieve monthly sales goals.
· Perform other duties as required.
· Assist with the creation of shop drawings for products.
· Adhere to the company standard for layout.
· Work with Estimators and factory staff on projects.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· 2 year of experience reading drawings, creating takeoffs, creating product schedules
· Knowledge of AutoCAD and Solidworks
· Knowledge of bid software i.e. Bid Clerk
· Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Experience with CNC programming is a plus.
· Salesforce experience is a plus.
· Excellent verbal and written skills
