As an Account Director, you will: Work with the driven and highly motivated team supporting Dentsu as an integral part of the One Platform Ad Sales team at NBCUniversal, one of the world’s leading media and entertainment companies. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for revenue goals, which include growing existing business as well as developing new business. Be responsible for managing agency & client relationships through day-to-day contact Be responsible for strategy and revenue goals for individual accounts, while communicating and executing across all internal and external stakeholders Look for opportunities to develop monetizable solutions for clients, and ensure clients receive superior customer service, including new business Understand the customer needs, and develop solutions that meet customer needs Be fluent in One Platform opportunities, collaborating across verticals to drive NBCU revenue Ascertain and manage both digital and linear budgets while using data driven insights to recommend upsell opportunities Possess a strong background in Audience Based Sales and Strategy to grow existing business and convert non audience clients Leverage Audience targeting capabilities, streaming offerings and premium content to drive value for clients across full NBCU advertising ecosystem Own, manage, and develop relationships with senior leaders/business owners at clients and agencies and across all pertinent business functions of each account Continue to grow understanding of advertising/linear/digital industries and business models
