We enable our collective client base to manage and monetize their premium video inventory in the brand-safe ways they require. Companies including AT&T, Fox, NBC Universal, WBD, Viacom depend on our robust advertising management / monetization platform, leverage our private marketplace for premium television inventory. We are looking for an account executive, focused on independent agency demand in the New York/East Coast region. This person will reach out to key agency/buyer prospects and consultatively engage with them to drive revenue for the Freewheel Marketplace Activation Team. Prospects include agency/buyer teams across programmatic, strategy, investment, activation, CTV, planning and linear teams. You will work closely with sales leadership to apply our successful sales playbook, while also exercising your own creativity and unique customer engagement style to break new business and grow existing. Additionally, you will collaborate with FreeWheel’s marketing, product, and account management teams to provide a best-in-class customer experience, share market feedback, and refine our core value proposition. Most of all, the ideal candidate will be someone who can take ownership of key growth goals and deliver on new-client revenue expectations.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities This role is perfect for someone with a passion for programmatic and CTV and who has experience in driving revenue in the ad tech world.

Develop and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities across the East Coast including independent agencies and some political agencies.

Generate new leads by researching the market and engaging with key stakeholders at qualified companies.

Grow revenue by the set up and activation of programmatic deals across FreeWheel platforms.

Represent FreeWheel at industry and networking events.

Be subject matter expert on programmatic buying when it comes to CTV inventory curation and activation.

Have enhanced knowledge on streaming ecosystem, industry terms and be able to define these clearly and concisely.

In tune with current events around the demand and supply ecosystem when it comes to programmatic and OTT.

Travel required (3-5 days per month)

Who You Are

5 years of sales experience in ad-tech calling on brands and ad agencies

Deep programmatic and CTV experience required.

Supply-side platform (SSP) or exchange experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a meticulous attention to detail

A strong learning curve, with the ability to understand a customer’s needs on both the business and technical sides.

A passion for customer success and track record of happy, growing customers

Self-motivated with high energy and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Strong organizational skills, preferably with hands-on CRM experience

Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to wear many hats and a strong desire to build something great.
