Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team located in New York, New York. This role will primarily involve supporting various administrative tasks in a law office setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including data entry, customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls, and managing email correspondence. Responsibilities: Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to create and manage documents, reports, and spreadsheets. Schedule appointments, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared. Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing professional and efficient communication. Execute administrative tasks in a law office environment, adhering to industry standards and legal regulations. Manage data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Scan documents and organize digital files to ensure easy accessibility. Handle mail packages, including sending, receiving, and organizing deliveries. Manage email correspondence, ensuring all communications are professional, timely, and clear. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Experience in customer service and able to handle inbound and outbound calls Familiarity with law office procedures and protocols Able to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Capable of managing email correspondence and scheduling appointments Knowledge of mail and package handling procedures Proficiency in scanning documents and maintaining digital records Experience in a similar administrative assistant role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently High level of organization and attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team.
