Through our Street to Home outreach program and transitional housing resources, we help people get, and stay, on the path to a permanent home.Reporting to the Leasing Director, theAdministrative Assistant provides temporary administrative support for the Leasing and Compliance teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Provide administrative support with new building lotteries · Provide administrative support with buildings’ waitlist applications · Organize files · Help with follow up to waitlist applicants · Answer phones and direct calls · Attend meeting and take notes · Perform other related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: · Minimum of two years of experience in administrative support or related position · Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills · Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team · Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously · Must have exceptional written and verbal skills · High school diploma or equivalent · Must have strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills EOE/M/F/Vet/DisabledOther details
