The Compliance Testing role is comprised of documenting procedures/processes, training, reporting, monitoring, and supporting all aspects of the compliance testing programs. Strong experience with documenting controls, testing controls, drafting work papers and knowledge of consumer alphabet regulations helpful. Knowledge of AML/BSA/OFAC & Sanctions also a big plus. Requirements - Previous role in controls testing and associated monitoring

Solid understanding of test scripts, user acceptance testing (UAT), or data validation

Verbal, written and presentation skills

Bachelor's degree

Compliance experience

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

Competency working with Governance, Risk, Compliance tools

Minimum of 5+ years experience in federal/state regulatory compliance or similar work experience in compliance

experienced in analyzing data/information and making recommendations to the business to meet compliance program requirements

Accomplished in identifying, documenting and implementing controls

This role requires joining forces with legal, IT professionals, and business partners to come to a mutually vested consensus
