Analyst/Program Coordinator

Job DescriptionThe DOT Agency Chief Contracting Officer’s Office (ACCO) is seeking to hire a Community Coordinator. Perfoms responsible work in planning, implementing, coordinating and monitoring various programs and initiatives established by Oversight agencies, including the Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) initiative, ensuring conformity and compliance with Chapter 13 of the City Charter and the Procurement Policy Board (PPB). Coordinates and works closely with DOT staff and the vendor/contractor community to ensure that all procurement activities are compliant with the necessary requirements. Manages various phases of procurement and related activities. Utilizes the PASSPort and other Citywide systems for review, analysis, and processing of various documentation. Makes recommendations on policies and procedures. Assists the management in managing the revisions and upgrades to programs and systems, including PASSPort releases. Interacts with vendors and contractors on solicitation requirements, selection criteria and documentation required, ensuring efficiency and improvement in communication between the ACCO’s Office, DOT units and vendor/contractor community. Reviews and prepares various reports and recommends responses to inquiries from various sources, including vendor community inquiries. Performs other equivalent functions as required by the management.Qualifications

A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above; or

High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above; or

Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" or "2" above. However, all candidates must have at least one year of experience as described in "1" above.
