As an established research lead in Global Technology Applied Research, you will drive quantum-safe networking innovations at JPMC. The role is expected to contribute significantly to the development and deployment of next-generation quantum networking infrastructures for business and use-case validations. The role is expected to collaborate with a highly interdisciplinary team, consisting of researchers and engineers from different technical disciplines, located in different cities across the globe.Job responsibilities

Contributes to the design and development of software and hardware solutions for quantum-safe networks

Develops quantum-safe networking roadmaps in consultation with stakeholders, internal teams, and partners

Works with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure R&D outcomes are compliant with best practices and firm's cyber and technology controls

Works with the R&D director to build and manage the research and engineering team

Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer/Network Engineering or related disciplines

6 years of R&D experience in optical networking, telecommunications, quantum networks or related fields

Proven track record in driving technical projects, from design and system configuration to delivery, maintenance, and technical support

High technical proficiency in networking systems with hands-on experience with hardware and knowledge of compute platforms

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Proven experience in building out quantum-safe solutions (e.g., quantum key distribution or post-quantum cryptography) for clients and customers

Proven experience in adopting and deploying emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain or quantum) in finance

Graduate degree in Computer/Network Engineering or related disciplines

  • Summary

  • Supports the origination and structuring of corporate lending transactions, and coordinates with other products as an integral part of a larger coverage team that maintains strong client relationships. Includes providing lending expertise for a variety of sectors, establishing credit facilities to support trading products business and facilitating credit approvals in support of Trade Finance products. Cross sells Corporate Banking products (e.g. FX / treasury products, cash management & corporate cards, commodities, investment management, securitization, leasing, Trade Finance products, etc.) to BMO Capital Market clients. Also provides ongoing management of the lending portfolio. Position will largely be internally focused on Portfolio Management and Risk Related Initiatives.
