Summary: The Avatars + Identity Team is looking for an Art Producer to help build and scale personalized Avatar experiences across our portfolio of products. Art producers at Meta are passionate connectors and problem solvers. You'll have an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams as you establish great ways of working together.You will collaborate with Art teams to execute on team roadmaps, improve communication, remove roadblocks and support vendor pipelines. Collaborate with Art and Cross functional teams to determine project requirements for Avatars art and product features
Engage with Art teams to define scope and schedule
Support Team execution against roadmap targets
Consistently communicate with cross functional partners, providing visibility on status and risk
Initiate and manage vendor contracts and relationships
Track assets through pipeline, and support content releases
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in game development, film, start-ups or interactive media
Experience driving production process and shipping projects with 3D pipelines
Experience prioritizing and juggling multiple initiatives and deadlines
Experience working cooperatively with 3D artists and Leads
Effective leadership, communication, and diplomatic skills
Experience with a range of production toolsets (e.g. Shotgrid, Asana, Jira, Trello)
Interest for empowering creative teams to produce effective results
