Associate Account Executive (Performance Marketing)

The Performance Marketing Sales team is part of Disney Advertising and the larger Disney Entertainment Television (DET). We are seeking an accomplished, highly motivated Associate Account Executive with proven success in the Digital and Linear Landscape. This Performance Marketing Associate Account Executive will be focused on growing overall performance revenue across both linear and digital products in the Disney portfolio of properties including: ABC, Disney, ESPN, Hulu, Freeform FX & Nat Geo by leveraging existing client and agency relationships. This position will be responsible for driving Performance advertising sales revenue through sponsorships and integrations, campaign implementation and delivery of results in order to provide the highest standard of advertising sales customer service to Disney Advertising clients.Responsibilities and Duties of the Role :

Prepare proposals and respond to RFP’s with a high degree of professionalism, quality and in a timely manner

Compile weekly and quarterly sales and client status reports

Work closely with other Disney Ad Sales teams such as marketing, research and operations for RFP requests and campaign implementation

Analyze current state of linear business to identify and recommend digital opportunities

Prepare and deliver both pitch and wrap up decks for pre and post campaigns

Act as a resource for AE’s regarding available opportunities across linear and digital Disney properties

Direct and coordinate Sales Planners in securing sports and entertainment deals

Leverage deal expertise to proactively recommend optimized inventory solutions

Collaborate with DAS category vertical teams for insights to help grow business

Create and deliver powerful and persuasive presentations to clients

Prospecting, identifying and qualifying new clients for our various portfolios

Stay current on video advertising trends and innovations

Act as a main point of contact in securing client assets and getting mock-ups approved for upcoming campaigns

Required Education, Experience /Skills/Training :

4 years in media planning experience for a major publisher or agency

· Proven strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate it into specific and measurable tactics, actions, and outcomes

· Problem solver with the ability to collaborate and work across functions

· Understanding of how our clients set priorities and performance goals, and how we can align our product portfolio to best fulfill those needs

· Demonstrate proficiency in media math and analysis

· Ability to manipulate data for analysis and presentation

· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

· Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities

· Ability to multi-task, make decisions and manage at entrepreneurial speed

The hiring range for this position in New York is $104,300 - $130,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
