Manages a weekly cadence of resourcing activities, including fielding inputs from a variety of producers, publishing regular staffing reports/recommendations, gaining necessary approvals for freelance or staff hiring, and tracking/monitoring resourcing changes and feedback

Creates and maintains open roles within Talent Tracker system and develops Inter Company Agreements as needed

Builds business cases around each new hire both staff and freelance

Relationships

Leads conversations with team regarding specified talent requests, freelance hiring, opening staff roles, capacity planning and capability tracking

Attend departmental staffing meetings and weekly headcount meeting to facilitate staff movement and hiring

Understands the capabilities on the team and aligns staffing requests with capacity and skillset

Data & Reporting

As the key owner of teams allocations, utilizes an understanding of staffing metrics such as billability, utilization, investment allocations, revenue & margin forecasts to track data and maintain reporting on key resource management KPIs

Updates the Workforce Intelligence Platform and consolidates resource management-related data, updates, and exports.

Aids in data entry, organization, reporting, analysis and maintenance as requested on behalf of the PXP Resource Management team

Location & Commitments

Full-time role based in New York

Hybrid with an in-person/in office commitment.

Qualifications

1-3 years' experience in a Talent Management, Recruiting or Operations role (creative agency experience preferred)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and manage their time effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment

Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage important staffing conversations with key team members and build strong relationships internally

Team player, motivator, and problem-solver with a positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented attitude

Experience in Excel, Smart Sheets, and other project management/productivity systems is a plus

Additional InformationCompensation Range: $46,500 - $68,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
