Job Description:Role Summary/Purpose:The individual in this role is responsible for Compliance governance activities such as coordination of the quarterly Enterprise Risk Assessment for the material compliance risks in the inventory; Compliance Risk Assessment support which includes execution of quality assurance reviews, management, monitoring and reporting of the Risk Appetite Limit breaches and escalation triggers, and change management testing; responses to Regulatory/Risk Testing/Internal Audit requests; maintenance of the legal requirements inventory; newly added program processes, metrics and reporting as needed to fulfill the requirements of the Compliance Program.Our Way of WorkingWe're proud to offer you choice and flexibility. Occasionally you may be required to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as business or team meetings, training and culture events.Essential Responsibilities:

Enterprise Risk Assessment (ERA): Serve as compliance point of contact ('POC') for the quarterly assessments for Tier 1 Compliance risks

Conduct quality assurance of Compliance Risk Assessments

Compliance Risk Appetite Limit Breaches and Escalation Triggers (ET): Oversee newly developed compliance Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) includes monthly monitoring, reporting of breaches/ETs and execution of controls over the process

Maintenance of the legal requirements inventory (CTC/CTQs) includes processing workflows, performing data quality reviews and coordinating and hosting the bi-weekly CTC Maintenance call

Assist with responses/documentation requests for Regulatory and Internal Audit Exams

Oversight of specific procedures and job aids including initial creation and annual/bi-annual updates

Lead or assist with other special projects/duties, as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience related to governance, risk and controls within a financial institution; or in lieu of degree, 6+ years' experience related to governance, risk and controls within a financial institution

Minimum 2+ years experience and advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Desired Characteristics:

Understanding of regulatory expectations for compliance program.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and become a trusted business partner

Project and process management skills, with proven ability to adapt to a changing environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Knowledge of workflow programs (Nintex, PowerApp)

Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)

Grade/Level: 11The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.Eligibility Requirements:

You must be 18 years or older

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
