We are currently seeking a Bi-Lingual Data Operations Specialist. This is a contract-based position that will be on-site in New York City. The ideal candidate should have a passion for emergency management, be a self-starter, and have the desire to solve complex preparedness problems for our clients. Conduct research and analysis on various disaster preparedness topics including emergency response and recovery plans, emergency preparedness exercises, and incident after-action reports. Develop written products for Hagerty clients in accordance with the firm-s professional standards. Work collaboratively with colleagues across geographies and disciplines to brainstorm, innovate, and problem-solve.Salary: The salary range is $95,000-$155,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and training, licensure and certifications, location, travel requirements, and other business and organizational needs.Location: This position is located in NYC.What You Would Do:

Focus on supporting the data collection, management, analysis, and reporting necessary to support our evolving humanitarian response mission.

Work with and manage complex datasets.

Synthesize, clean, and analyze key data points, as well as identify data gaps.

Data Operations Specialist Qualifications:

Ability to develop leadership ad hoc data and supporting narrative reports in an extremely fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Ability to verbally report data findings and data challenges in small and large group settings with notice and without notice.

Ability to build sophisticated data analytics visualizations, dashboards, and automated tools to support operational decisions in real-time, using Excel, Forms, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate and ArcGIS.

Ability to assist with developing a tool and process for tracking requests and programmatic resolutions (including timestamping, categorizing requests, and preparing reports for leadership review).

Additional skills of interest include:

Bilingual in Spanish.

Competency with developing and managing communications that leverage data.

Experience with developing and managing programmatic calendars that support data reporting lifecycles.

Experience with designing and developing visually appealing and understandable products.

Experience in interfacing with non-technical audiences, with the ability to efficiently communicate data in a digestible and timely manner.

Self-starter mindset with problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
