We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The OpportunityAdobe is looking for a high-energy, driven, and self-motivated individual to join Adobe's sales development team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) supporting our Federal sales region in the Americas Enterprise Digital Media organization.As a BDR, you are the first line of contact with prospects and must excel in establishing meaningful conversations with a variety of IT and C-level decision-makers in the federal government sector. You will prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts to generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities. Through account-based sales development, you will identify and build a sales pipeline that leads to revenue growth. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional who is resilient and innovative in building and executing personalized business development prospecting campaigns.What You'll DoGenerate sales pipeline through outbound prospecting activities via telephone, video, and emailMeet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline-generating targets to ensure territory revenue objectives and pipeline linearityBuild awareness into the account base through regular email campaigns and drive attendance to live and online webinarsResearch accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to uncover and develop opportunities for Adobe's Digital Media products - Creative Cloud, Acrobat, and Acrobat Sign Handle and overcome prospect objections with confidenceBecome a trusted resource and develop positive relationships with your sales ecosystemMaintain up-to-date knowledge of Adobe's competitive positioning in the marketplaceWhat you need to succeedProven track record of achieving measurable inside sales goals in a sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system was requiredPrior experience cold calling and generating new leadsPositive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing and presentation skillsProficient with sales prospecting tactics and technologiesMotivated by individual and team achievementHighly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organization4-year college degree or equivalent experience requiredOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $63,000 $100,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
