We are the leading bank for small businesses in our key markets, providing deposit and cash management services, payment solutions, and a broad array of lending products to meet our clients access to capital needs.As a Business Manager, in Business Banking, you will be responsible for managing priority projects and programs for the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Organization; providing Business Reviews for the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) and the Head of Business Practices and Oversight; facilitating All Hands meetings and Townhalls; upskilling the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Organization; and establishing and maintaining business management cadence for the team and for stakeholder forums. The role will require a strategic view of the business operating model as well as ensuring effective implementation of the ongoing management of the Chief Administrative Office (CAO).Job responsibilities:

Manage priority related projects and programs for the Business Banking Chief Administrative Office (CAO) and Head of Business Practices and Oversight Organization

Provide Business Reviews for the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) and Head of Business Practices and Oversight Organization

Provide strategic business overviews of Chief Administrative Office (CAO) business priorities and progress

Establish and maintain Business Management discipline, cadence and routines for team and stakeholder forums

Analyze data to support recommended strategies for business priorities and expected results

Own and facilitate meetings and touch points with key stakeholders and manage points of contacts

Manage adherence to milestones and deliverables associated with the Business Banking issues and action plan portfolio

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, business re-engineering, analytics, strategy, and/or finance

Outstanding business acumen proficient with project management and action plan development/management

Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to listen effectively and credibly present ideas

Capable of working independently with minimum direction; utilizing independent judgment in decision-making and successfully navigating complex issues

Proficient with PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel (moderate to expert level), including working knowledge of pivot tables

Self-starter, motivated, and attentive to details

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance; or equivalent work/training experience

Thought leader with practical decision-making ability to deliver precise, accurate, and detailed information while operating within corporate guidelines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw sound, data-based conclusions from complete and incomplete information

Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills - including the ability to successfully interact with key internal partners, team members, and across all levels of management
