Researches and works to resolve escalated issues from customers

Responsible for supporting more complex technical activities involving Cash Management products

Facilitates the implementation of all technical Cash Management products and serves as a technical resource to the Cash Management Sales Team, Implementation Specialists and most importantly the Customer

May prepare, analyze, and maintain reports related to the Cash Management Technical Support group

Manages moderately complex Customers, transactions, implementations and service calls

Serves as resource to Cash Management Technical Specialist I

Loads and tests software during implementation process

Tests files to ensure smooth transition to Cash Management system and investigates system related issues and alerts

Participates in implementation calls with Cash Management Sales Team Members, Store Managers and Loan Officers when technical expertise is required

Ensures Customers are trained and up & running smoothly on Cash Management system(s)

4 Year Degree or equivalent experience

3+ Years of related experience

Minimum of one (1) year experience in Information Technology

Strong knowledge of cash management industry, including systems, products and services

Demonstrates knowledge of cash management product implementation practices, including strong systems skills

Strong Customer service skills, including concern for and ability to identify Client issues, research skills and ability to translate technical material and information for nontechnical users

May be required to be accessible via blackberry and/or cell phone

Excellent PC skills, including experience with Windows and Macintosh operating systems

Experience with web browser and email program troubleshooting and configuration

Demonstrates communication skills, both verbal and written

Required to be accessible after hours via a remote PC (VPN)
