Genesis10 is currently seeking a Change and Engagement Manager with our client in the financial industry in their New York, NY location. This is a 12 month + contract position.

Description:
  • The End User Technology team is committed to delivering enterprise-class end-user productivity solutions and is responsible for all aspects of the design, configuration, integration, and migration of these technologies into the client
  • We are looking for a person to perform an Office365 project management/SDM role to deliver many components of the office 365 program within the core team for the client, focusing on Business unit migration and adoption
  • Working with the relevant engineers, specialists, and teams across the technology department to successfully deliver an O365 platform to the firm
  • The O365 program is a multi-year project and will be delivering O365 services to much of the client
  • They will be responsible for analyzing, collecting, and driving tasks to a successful outcome in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Supporting the Enterprise change and benefits programs with Microsoft 365 and other technologies throughout the client
  • Driving BU stakeholders to run a successful pilot and eventually full migration of this technology
  • Ensuring all tasks are successfully tracked and delivered against the plan
  • Accountable for key deliverables and can take on change needs in other programs/areas of the business
  • Responsible for engaging into the business units to plan and orchestrate change activity delivery
  • Collecting and remediating risks and issues to minimize project impact escalating where necessary
  • Ensuring program adherence to the client's project lifecycle and process controls
  • They will help to elicit and assess initial opportunities, build the action plan and playbooks, and deliver the training and support each business unit needs
  • They will deliver the daily activities of the Change Centre of Excellence, and drive programs across the organization
  • On-time delivery and accurate reporting
  • Adherence to budget/financial targets
  • Accurate resource planning

Requirements:
  • The candidate will have very strong organizational skills, great communication skills, and the ability to collaborate well with others in a truly global team
  • 5+ years of Technology Project Management experience
  • Track record of delivering an Office365 project
  • Experienced in supporting Enterprise change and benefits programs with Microsoft 365 and other technologies, and working within a change and benefits-focused context
  • Highly experienced in designing, managing, and delivering Enterprise change programs with Microsoft 365 and other technologies
  • Previous role as scrum master operating in agile squads and fleets
  • Demonstrated experience of leading technology migration projects and understand the complexities and issues that result from such initiatives
  • Prior experience of working in financial services or consulting firm preferred
  • Appreciation and experience of security, legal, and regulatory/compliance controls required to move data into a cloud service, preferably from the finance sector
  • Office365 experience
  • Agile principles and certifications
  • Working knowledge of/familiarity with Project Management principles
  • Certification to Prince 2 Foundation level is a minimum, practitioner preferred
  • Working knowledge of/familiarity with ITIL Certification to ITIL Foundation level is a minimum
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in running projects in an agile mode beneficial
  • Strong MS Excel, Project, and scheduling skills
  • Good MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio skills
  • Sound business acumen
