We are actively seeking a maintenance technician, hourly with a potential for full-time salary.

Job Description:

As a Cleaning Person, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, take pride in their work, and be dedicated to ensuring our office is spotless and professional at all times.

Responsibilities:

Daily cleaning of office spaces, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.

Disinfecting surfaces, including workstations, desks, and meeting areas.

Restroom cleaning and restocking supplies.

Maintaining cleanliness of common areas like break rooms, lobbies, and hallways.

Emptying trash and recycling bins regularly.

Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the office manager.

Following all health and safety guidelines.

Ensure deliveries of office supplies of all kinds are put away in designated place

Requirements:

Prior experience in office cleaning (preferably in a professional setting such as business or hotels).

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Good communication skills.

Reliable and punctual.

Must be able to lift 50lbs

Schedule:

Part-time or full-time positions available.

Flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings, to ensure minimal disruption to office activities.
