The Role:Relationship Building & Client Servicing
Manage participation process for both global data agreement (GDA) and local clients
Assist with job matching, data submission, data cleaning, queries and interpretive/utilization assistance
Respond to second level queries and more complex questions
Support Business Development/Account Management to identify key targets for expanding our product portfolio with the client
Identify Additional Sales Opportunities
Contribute to the GDA revenue goal by supporting Renewing GDA's and upselling products.
Identify opportunities to increase sales emphasizing renewals, retention and integrated or ancillary service line opportunities
Survey Development
Develop approaches to promote surveys to target participants in industry surveys and build relationships
Collaborate and seek out synergies with affiliated practices to achieve common goals and objectives through industry collaboration
Training and Development
Organize and lead job match meetings
Conduct detailed training sessions and demos in our client facing online tools for clients and consultants
The Requirements:
Experience in a corporate environment, selling or delivering customer service
Compensation knowledge preferred
Proven track record of maintaining and growing business relationships
Excellent listener – able to probe, understand the issues, and respond with correct solutions
Strong analytical skills
Must be client focused and have excellent client relationship management skills
Demonstrated ability to perform in a team environment

Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role.CompensationThe base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $90,000-$110,000 USD.
