Commercial Analyst

Future is looking to welcome a commercial analyst to our fast-paced, dynamic US fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sales team. We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial individual who has a strong grasp on data and can support our team in analyzing the performance of major commercial partnerships.The successful candidate will holistically assess all aspects of our partner's campaigns - understanding product performance, identifying editorial and audience trends and optimizing conversions for our partners.Although analytics is the core aspect of this role, stakeholder management and effective communication are vital. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to interpret complex data, weave a compelling narrative, and use data findings to drive action. What you'll be doing…

Fulfill client reporting requests, manage reporting routines, and draw insights to maintain excellent performance

Regular interactions on affiliate network platforms, deal acceptance, and regular generation of diverse reports

Generate and manage weekly and monthly performance recap reports for Commercial and Editorial teams

Co-lead internal communications to ensure optimal management and execution of commercial partnerships

Assist in creating, combining and maintaining Affiliate datasets, tools, and dashboards

Track performance trends relating to products, collections, and retailers.

Analyze product performance and relationship with on-site traffic - driving programme changes to increase conversions

Collaborate pre to post-sales needs with marketing team members

Structure and price comprehensive performance packages for our partners

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…

Proficiency in affiliate platforms (AWIN, Impact, etc)

Strong understanding of SEO and paid media strategies

Ability to articulate strategies, ideas, and rationale and deliver accurate reporting consistently

Proficiency in digital analytics and customer management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Netsuite, Google Ad Manager)

Experience creating media plans and templates

A good understanding and experience of both the advertising and affiliate market is highly desirable.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the advertising/affiliate industry in an analytical role

Experienced with Excel, Looker and other BI tools

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills, plus keen interest or knowledge in media channels and effective marketing tactics

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
