We are seeking a uniquely talented and experienced Project Manager who will lead the planning, deployment and ongoing support of Construction Management PMIS on specific projects and programs. This includes supporting business development, and lead planning and implementing Construction Management PMIS to meet project and program specific requirements and ongoing client services to assure a high level of adoption and benefit from the solution.
Nice to have: familiarity with Oracle Unifier, eBuilder, Kahua and other similar solutions.
Key Responsibilities
+ Present PMIS capabilities and benefits to clients
+ Collect project and program specific requirements
+ Define PMIS related business processes
+ Plan PMIS implementation and support projects (including scope, schedule and pricing)
+ Manage implementation of PMIS on specific projects and programs
+ Collaborate with program and client teams
+ Monitor and report on PMIS project progress (monthly)
+ Effectively manage the schedule and financial performance of the project, including invoicing, payment and change management to meet project commitments
+ Provide leadership and mentoring to the project team (application configuration, integration, support)
+ Continuously improve the performance of PMIS on assigned projects and programs
+ Promote company culture and manage internal and external relationships
+ Provide a high level of client service, including responsiveness and rapid resolution of issues
Required Education/Experience
+ BS in construction management, engineering or technology
+ Five (5) + years’ applicable industry experience
+ Five (5) + years’ project or program management
+ Experience in system requirements gathering and business process development
+ Relevant experience includes project management of small to medium scale system implementation projects, including scope, schedule and budget accountability
+ Proficient in PMI project management practice and tools
+ Deep knowledge in systems integration (including ERP systems)
+ Highly organized, planner
+ Knowledgeable in industry leading project management, document management and construction management vendors and applications.
+ Working knowledge of business intelligence (BI) vendors and applications used for project or program data analysis and reporting
+ Proficient in cloud hosting technology
+ Highly effective communicator
+ Strong client management skills
+ Existing relationships with strategic vendors and partners
+ Self-directed, self-starter, and motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
