We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our Consumer Product Marketing team, focused on Creators, a critical audience powering our content ecosystem.As a Product Marketing Manager for Creators, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the creator experience on LinkedIn. You will develop compelling narratives around our product, deeply understand the needs and behaviors of creators, and influence product strategy through audience insights. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, Communications and partner Marketing teams to bring innovative experience to market that help creators share their knowledge and expertise with the world’s largest professional network. You’ll keep a close pulse on Creator sentiment across the platform, and funnel these insights back into our product teams. Responsibilities:Define audience strategy, positioning, and messaging: Craft differentiated narratives that clearly communicate how LinkedIn helps creators sharing their expertise and knowledge with their audiences in a way that helps them grow their businesses, build their brand and ultimately earn revenue. Be the voice of the Creator: Develop a deep understanding of creator needs, motivations, pain points, and behaviors through qualitative and quantitative research. Bring audience insights into product planning, roadmap discussions, and company strategy to ensure LinkedIn continues to earn and maintain trust with professionals worldwide.Influence product strategy and roadmap: Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Research teams to identify unmet needs, market opportunities, and emerging trends. Use competitive intelligence, industry signals, and member insights to help shape product investments and prioritize experiences that improve creator experiences.Lead go-to-market strategy and execution: Own end-to-end go-to-market plans for new features, products, and AI-powered experiences. Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, Communications, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to ensure successful launches and adoption globally.Drive audience growth, engagement, and adoption: Identify opportunities to increase awareness, engagement, retention, and trust among creators. Partner with lifecycle, brand, and growth marketing teams to create programs that connect product value to member needs across the job search journey.Evangelize the Creator perspective: Serve as an internal and external champion for creators. Communicate audience insights, product strategy, and market trends across the organization, and help establish LinkedIn as the most trusted platform for creators to share their perspectives and build their audience.
