The goal of a Customer Service Associate is to attain customer satisfaction by responding in a timely and professional manner. Essential Responsibilities:
Responds to customer inquiries regarding the status of placed orders, billing, and shipping issues.
Handles all questions relating to RMA's, pricing issues, carrier claims, order modifications, and all other post order issues.
Gathers all necessary information for inquiries requiring further follow up and coordinate with support associates as needed.

Well-versed on all current company policies and procedures.
