Customer Service Representative

Description We are in the process of expanding our team by introducing a Customer Service Representative role, based in New York, New York. The role is integral to our operations in the Real Estate & Property industry and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. The work environment will be a combination of remote and onsite work, with at least three days on site per week.Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries, both through inbound calls and email correspondence, providing satisfactory solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking customer interactions and other data entry tasks Coordinate between the call center and customers, ensuring smooth communication and prompt service Use the Yardi system for managing customer data and transactions (preferred, but not mandatory) Schedule appointments and handle order entries to ensure seamless customer experience Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all tasks, especially when handling customer accounts and responding to customer queries Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date status of customer credit records Process customer credit applications in a timely and precise manner Use Microsoft Word for drafting emails and other written communication with customers Foster a positive customer relationship by providing top-notch customer service at all times. Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service related role Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls Demonstrated experience in call center customer service Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle client inquiries effectively Proficiency in data entry and order entry tasks Strong skills in email correspondence and ability to respond promptly to customer emails Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience in scheduling appointments, coordinating schedules, and managing calendars Knowledge of Yardi property management software is a plus Real Estate & Property industry experience is desirable but not mandatory TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
